Today we celebrate the incredible journey of Soror Tronual Gainey’s daughter, Tamiyah “Miyah.” Born at just 24 weeks and overcoming so many challenges, her story is a true testament to strength, resilience, faith, and love. Now thriving at 19 years old, Miyah continues to shine brightly and inspire everyone around her.

This month, we along with Zeta Amicae of Phenix City, Alabama, proudly participated in the March of Dimes initiative NICU Notes of Hope and walk in Montgomery. We continue to support and celebrate families impacted by prematurity while spreading hope and awareness throughout our community.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our NICU Notes of Hope initiative by sending encouraging messages to NICU families. Your kind words truly make a difference.

Together, we continue to serve with compassion and purpose.

During Older Americans Month this May, the Finer Women of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Alpha Alpha Gamma Zeta Chapter are proud to support the Letters Against Isolation initiative by pledging 48 heartfelt letters to senior citizens in rural areas across Alabama.

A simple letter can bring comfort, connection, encouragement, and joy to someone who may be experiencing loneliness or isolation. Through this act of service, AAGZ continues to uplift and honor our older Americans with kindness, compassion, and community care.

Because no senior should ever feel forgotten.
