Movement can happen almost anywhere.

A walk around the neighborhood.

Dancing in the living room.

Playing outside.

Climbing.

Stretching.

A family game.

The goal isn't always another organized activity.

Sometimes children simply need room to move, explore, and experience what their bodies can do.

At Whole Body Theory, Movement is one of the five Whole Body Labs because movement is part of whole-child development.

Kids don’t have to get it right the first time.

They just have to try. 🌟

At Whole Body THEORY, Movement Lab and Mind Lab give kids room to wobble, try another way, and go again.

That’s practice. And kids become what they practice.

Small tries add up. So does confidence.

Stay calm, that is easy to say.

Knowing what to do next is harder.

Mind Lab gives children opportunities to practice awareness, reflection, and thoughtful responses.

Hard moments are practice moments.

We can’t remove every hard moment from childhood.

But we can help kids practice what to do when one shows up.

Next time your child is stuck, try these steps with them:
1. Pause.
2. Say what’s hard.
3. Think of one next step.
4. Try again.

You don’t have to fix it for them.

You can be there while they practice.

In Mind Lab, kids practice these steps again and again.

That’s how they become habits.

Want your child to handle hard moments? Give them steps to practice.

Game on! 🏀

Dribble. Pass. Shoot. Laugh. Repeat. 🏀

This is Movement Lab.

Kids move, team up, and have a blast.

Because kids become what they practice.

And this is some great practice.

One of the best feelings as a parent?

Knowing your child is having fun while learning something new. ❤️

And hearing them talk about what they learned long after the day is over?

Even better!

That’s what we love about Whole Body THEORY.

We create experiences where kids can move, explore, build healthy habits, and grow in confidence.

Because children become who they practice being.

Plus, every experience is a chance to practice something good. 🌱

Thank you to the parents who trust us to be part of their child’s growth.

Your kind words remind us why this work matters.

Parents, this is for you...

Saturday, Oct 10, is your night off.

Chill, relax, rekindle your love life, or catch a movie.

Here’s what your kids will do:
🍎 Play games that show how food gives energy
🍽️ Build a plate and say why they picked each item
🥗 Share dinner and ask, “What does my body need?”
🤝 Work with a team to build a snack

At Whole Body Theory, we believe kids become what they practice.

This night gives them fun ways to practice.

📅 Saturday, Oct 10 | 5:30-9:30 PM

If you're considering Parent Night Out, you probably have questions.

What will my child actually do?

Will they be engaged?

What does the evening look like?

Parent Night Out is built around a structured Whole Body experience.

Kids move, create, connect, play, slow down, and explore themed LAB experiences while you get your evening back.

An example would be to build a plate; here, kids pick foods and say why.
