We are so excited to welcome Chelsey to our WAFCC team as our Program Manager! Chelsey holds a degree in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and brings a strong background in nonprofit healthcare operations and community health. Most recently, she served as Director of Operations at More Smiles Wisconsin, a nonprofit dental clinic in Madison, where she oversaw day-to-day operations and worked to support the delivery of accessible, quality care to the community. Throughout her career, Chelsey has been passionate about improving access to healthcare, building strong community partnerships, and creating programs and processes that help organizations better serve the people who need them.

Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers at football and hockey games. She loves embracing her creative side through quilting and baking. She especially enjoys finding new projects to work on and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Mac.

WAFCC offers the Wisconsin Tele Talk Health Network to help Free & Charitable Clinic members expand flexibility, accessibility, and direct engagement for talk therapy and/or coaching services across Wisconsin.
