The Perth Amboy PAL Free Boxing program returns on Thursday, June 25th, 2026! 🥊This program builds physical fitness, discipline, confidence, and self-defense skills in a safe, positive environment.

Program Details
📍Location: Perth Amboy PAL Headquarters,
282 Madison Avenue, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861
🗓️Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
* Ages 11–14: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
* Ages 15–18: 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
* Cost: 100% Free!

Boxing is an incredible outlet for young people. Beyond learning valuable self-defense skills, the sport promotes mental clarity, teaches respect, and helps manage stress. Participants consistently build better coordination, increase their cardiovascular health, and develop strong, lasting self-confidence.

Get ready to ditch the workout and join the party! Shake up your fitness routine with our fun, high-energy Zumba classes designed for everyone, led by instructor Yamirelis Gonzalez.

No dance experience necessary—just bring your energy and get ready to move!

The new AT&T Connected Learning Center at the Perth Amboy Police Athletic League (PAL) provides free access to high-speed internet, computers, and digital literacy tools to help local students and families succeed.

Students can access online research tools, educational software, and tutoring resources.

Teens gain a dedicated space to research universities, practice for standardized tests, and submit applications.

This neighborhood hub removes financial and physical barriers to technology.

All hardware, high-speed internet connection, and learning resources are 100% free to use.
