Our second House Blessing. What a wonderful thing to be a part of. There is nothing better then being apart of helping someone who has recovered from the hurricanes. Thanks go out to the Taylor County Strong LTRG, Funders and the volunteers.

House Blessing in Steinhatchee last week. What a great thing to have. Another family has finally been able to recover from the hurricanes. We cannot thank everyone enough the Taylor County Strong LTRG board, caseworkers, construction coordinator, funders and our volunteers for making this happen. Thank you all that played apart into this.

Drop by the office and purchase raffle tickets for a $200 Walmart gift card and fireworks. Raffle tickets are priced at $1 each or 6 for $5. A yard sale ticket can be purchased for $20. Your contribution will help the community recover from the hurricane. Cash App is available for payment.

The American Red Cross visited yesterday and accompanied us to meet a couple of survivors whose recovery they personally supported. The Red Cross has played a vital role in assisting Taylor County residents in their recovery efforts following the hurricanes. We extend our gratitude to the Red Cross for their invaluable contributions to our community.

We hope to see everyone at the Lunch and Learn tomorrow, May 27th. Stop by for free lunch with pizza & dessert. Taylor County Emergency Management Services will be on site giving out hurricane buckets, t-shirts and what to expect in the Hurricane 2026 Season.
The Long Term Recovery Group Nonprofit will be handing out information on what you will need to know to process any damage in the 2026 season.
