I once read a book, "Don't Retire," "Refire!" If you have recently left employment, it is the opportunity to redirect your interests and gifts. Invest in something that meet those urges. If these activities benefit others, you will feel that much more fulfilled! See us about a leadership role at the Perry Area Perry Emergency Food Pantry

Recently retired? A rewarding, fulfilling Leadership Position is available at the Perry Area Food Pantry. Your Gifts in Service to Others! Call the FOOD PANTRY @ 515-570-2975.

Please Help..... Our miscellaneous section is very low. We need salad dressing, pickles or relish, BBQ sauce, jello, pudding, jelly, ketchup. We could also use cereal, cake mixes, and chips. Thank you so much!
Just a reminder.....due to the RAGBRAI visit on Tuesday, July 21st, the Pantry will be CLOSED that day.

On June 30, Jason Levan, representing the Beck Seed Company, presented the Perry Area Food Pantry Board with a check for $4,500. This gift is from the proceeds of a 5K Fundraising Race Held at their corporate site in Indiana. The Beck company seeks to be a generous supporter of community outreach programs such as Food Pantries. We, the Food Pantry in Iowa, were selected to receive a share of the proceeds from this year's event. Food Pantries in several other states also received a share of these proceeds. Jason was the person who nominated our Food Pantry for this benefit, and we are very grateful.

Perry Food Pantry volunteers finish installing new (EASY TO CLEAN) shelving at the Pantry this weekend. Thank you to all of our volunteers and everyone who supports the Perry Food Pantry. The need continues; you can donate, and volunteer options are available.
