Josh has encouraged me to keep growing, keep dreaming, and keep believing in what we’re building together through Cubby’s Corner Foundation. What started from a deep place of grief and heartache has become something filled with beautiful purpose, hope, and the possibility of making a real difference for so many of our local families and children.

I’m so grateful to have Josh beside me for this journey. Someone who believes in this vision and helps me turn it into something bigger than I ever imagined.

Here’s to the next year of growth, big ideas, lots of miracles and making a difference together.

🧡 As August 24th approaches, we’re holding Cubby and his family a little closer in our hearts.

This year, Cubby would have turned seven. Instead, he will forever be our sweet six-year-old boy whose life, love, and beautiful spirit continue to touch so many people.

As we approach his birthday and the anniversary of his passing, we especially want to lift up his incredible mom, Annie. Over this past year, we have watched her carry unimaginable pain while continuing to love, grow, and find the strength to turn that pain into purpose. Her resilience is something truly special, and Cubby’s Corner Foundation is a reflection of the love she will always carry for her little boy.

Please keep Annie, Addie, Weston, and everyone who loves and misses Cubby in your prayers in the weeks ahead. Some dates carry a little more weight than others, and sometimes the greatest gift we can give is simply surrounding a family with love.

Bitty & Beau’s Coffee shop is "a special coffee shop run by very special people." Bitty & Beau's Coffee provides employment for individuals who have a variety of intellectual and developmental disabilities, giving them the opportunity to find meaningful and gainful employment. Serving up not only coffee, but inspiration, this little shop is sure to leave you smiling.

🧡A Little Update from My Heart 🧡

Hi, friends.

I just wanted to check in and let everyone know that although we’ve been a little quiet lately, please know that Cubby’s Corner Foundation is still moving forward every single day.

Right now, we’re focusing on getting our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in place so that everything we do is done the right way—legally, responsibly, and with the strong foundation this mission deserves. It may take a little extra time, but we truly believe it’s worth doing things correctly from the very beginning.

Behind the scenes, we’re also working on building our website so we’ll have one central place to share updates, events, volunteer opportunities, and everything happening with the foundation. There’s a lot of exciting work taking place, even if you don’t see it all just yet.

One of the biggest ways you can help us right now is by continuing to share our page with your family and friends. Every new person who learns about Cubby’s story brings us one step closer to making this dream a reality.
I can’t begin to express how much your love, encouragement, and support mean to our family. This vision has always been about creating a place where children of all abilities can play, laugh, and belong together. That dream hasn’t slowed down—it has only grown stronger.

Thank you for your patience, for believing in Cubby’s story, and for walking alongside us on this journey. We promise there are exciting things ahead, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
