Just a quick reminder for our Foster the Family Upper Bucks crew 💙

We’re meeting this Thursday from 7–9pm!

This month we’ll be chatting about ACEs and emotional regulation and how it all connects to foster care and adoption—real-life, practical stuff we can actually use.

As always, come as you are—tired, messy, encouraged, overwhelmed… all of it is welcome here. Can’t wait to see you and catch up 💕

See you Thursday!

One week from today we will meet again!

Thursday March 12 7-9pm

This month will be a special time to reflect and connect about the biological mothers that brought the children into our lives. Together we will find ways to hold space for them and help our children navigate their emotions and relationships in connection with their birth mothers.

Can you believe this Thursday is our first meeting of the New Year?!? We can’t either!

As we move into a new year, it’s important to reflect back on how foster care affects us and the children we welcome into our homes.

Grief comes in many forms and has many challenges. Together we will explore how we can work to support each other and find ways to not ignore our grief but make it a part of our lives that we can process.
