Courageous Warrior Coalition has a fundraising yoga class on 9/12 at Eclipse Brewing in Merchantville. $25 for yoga class and first pour . Then on 9/19 there will be a free community yoga in Cooper River Park during the Camden County Prosecutor's Office of New Jersey Unity Day . All proceeds bring wellness tools to first responders and their families!

We have a lot of new followers so we thought it might be a good time.to reintroduce ourselves. This is Gina, our Founder and President. Gina has been teaching yoga for nearly 9 years and is also certified in Barre, Spin, and Level 1 in Reiki. When she's not running a non profit, you'll find her working a government job, teaching at a University, out at a concert or traveling the world. Catch her Sat Sept 12 at 11am for an all-levels class at (she's also a state stein-holding medalist 🍻) . $25 for the class and your first pour! Link in bio!
