We are a non-profit focused on giving First Responders the tools they need to reduce their stress and empower themselves so they can continue to help others.

We are so excited to partner with for our next event -Stretches and Strides- on Saturday Nov 7 at 11am. will lead you through a 60 minute all-levels yoga class on the farm. The horses will be supervising as they look on nearby 🐴😆 First Responders and Veterans are FREE! Everyone else is $20 before Oct 24 or $25 after. All proceeds will be split between the two non-profits. Bring a mat if you have one, or borrow one of ours. Link in bio!

We’re planning an afternoon for the whole community at Strides For Heroes’ 2nd Annual Community Day : Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary!

Horses, food, music, vendors, family activities, and plenty of fun : all at North View Farm.

Fun fact: will be leading Saturday's yoga class at but she's also a NJ silver medalist in steinholding which she contributes to her yoga practice. Come stretch and sip Saturday at 11am. Preregistration is highly recommended and can be done via the link in bio .
