🐾 Thyme & Chive Update! 🐾

We have some wonderful news to share about this sweet little duo!

Chive is thriving and loving life in foster care. Thyme is still experiencing some trouble with his eye, but things are looking better and he continues to receive the care he needs. ❤️

Best of all, Thyme and Chive will never have to be separated—their foster has officially joined the foster-fail club and these two will be staying together forever! 🏡🐱🐱

Thank you to everyone who has supported their journey and helped us give them the care, time and safe place they needed to heal. We’re so happy these two found their happily ever after together!

🐾 Meet Olive! 🐾

Olive was transferred from a neighboring animal hospital directly into the care of Helping Paws. This tiny girl suffered fractures to both hips and will eventually need a double FHO—a surgery that removes the damaged “ball” portion of each hip joint.

Despite everything she has been through, Olive is incredibly strong and is already trying to play! She is still too young for surgery, so she is currently safe and comfortable in a medical foster-to-adopt home while she continues to grow. ❤️

Olive has a long road ahead of her, and Helping Paws will be there every step of the way. Donations toward her care will help cover her upcoming surgeries and recovery. Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a difference! 🐱💕

🐾 Introducing Maple & Moose! 🐾

This sweet-as-pie momma-and-baby duo came to us through our Paws of Hope Project—and yes, they’re just as precious as their names!

Maple and her baby boy, Moose, are currently in medical boarding at Pennsauken Animal Hospital. Moose is still too tiny to be weaned from his mom and is battling a nasty upper respiratory infection. Maple needs to be spayed, and during her exam, our doctors also discovered a pretty gnarly infection in her mouth that will require a dental procedure.

Helping Paws is working to find a medical foster placement where this adorable pair can continue healing together. Once they’re healthy and ready, Maple and Moose will both be available for adoption!

Donations toward their medical care are always greatly appreciated and help us continue saying “yes” to sweet families like this one. 💕

🐾 Introducing the Paws of Hope Project 🐾

Helping Paws has been working behind the scenes to assist an elderly woman in our community whose property has unfortunately become a common place for cats to be abandoned.

Through the Paws of Hope Project, we are working to humanely trap, spay or neuter, vaccinate and return the adult community cats on the property. We have also been fortunate enough to bring many kittens into foster care, provide the medical attention they need and help them find loving homes.

This project is truly a community effort. We’ve partnered with Purina to provide food, Pennsauken Animal Hospital to provide veterinary care and our incredible network of fosters to provide safe, warm homes for the adoptable cats and kittens.

This is a large, ongoing project—but every cat we help brings us one step closer to creating a healthier and safer environment for the cats and the community. None of this would be possible without our amazing partners, fosters, adopters, volunteers and supporters.

🚒🐾 Chief Tommy Update! 🐾🚒

We’re so happy to share that Chief Tommy has officially gone home with his new family—and he is thriving! ❤️

He has already made himself right at home and quickly discovered that snuggling is one of his favorite activities. For now, we’re giving his mouth time to heal and hoping he won’t require surgery.

We couldn’t be happier for this sweet boy and his new family. Keep thriving, Chief Tommy! 🐶💕
