Something powerful is happening in Camden, NJ — and it starts TOMORROW. 🌟
The Ella Inc. Workshop isn't just a program. It's an engine for overnight transformation.
Tomorrow, Friday May 29 at 5:00 PM, 25–30 young women ages 15–19 walk through the doors of HopeWorks and begin a 2.5-day journey that will change the way they see themselves — and the world. Saturday is a full day of hands-on learning: building leadership mindsets, designing social impact ideas, and discovering the innovator they've always had inside. And on Sunday? They pitch. Two panels of judges. Real stakes. Real scholarships.
This is where girls become leaders. Where ideas become projects. Where communities begin to change — because one young woman decided she was ready.

This program is completely FREE for every participant. But delivering it takes real resources — full meals for 2.5 days, supplies, and airfare for the top 3 finalists advancing to Phase II: the Ella Inc. Camp at Florida International University in Miami, FL (July 19–31, 2026).
