When Clark passed away, our pain had nowhere to go. The grief was overwhelming, and we were simply trying to figure out how to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
So we decided to turn our pain into a purpose.
The Clark Memphis Foundation was created in loving memory of our sweet Clark, with the hope that no family walking through the unimaginable loss of a baby would have to feel completely alone.
Because of YOU, that purpose has become something so much bigger than we ever could have imagined.
Together, we have now helped more than 20 families with funeral expenses and sent more than 45 comfort boxes to grieving mamas… mamas who, just like me, had their entire world changed in an instant.
Every family we help represents a baby who was deeply loved. Every comfort box represents a mama who is waking up each day trying to learn how to live with a loss she never should have had to experience.
Your support doesn’t just help a nonprofit. It helps a grieving family. It tells grieving parents that they are not alone.
And that is why our Crab Feast means so much to us. It isn’t just a fundraiser. It is a room full of people choosing to turn someone’s heartbreak into hope. It is people coming together to keep Clark’s name alive and to make sure his short life continues to make a difference.
