Congrats to Emery Luhring who was crowned the 2026 Miss Parkersburg. Kenley Johnson is the 1st Runner Up. Lila Reints and Amy Mulder were also a part of the competition. It was a great group of ladies and the judges said it was a difficult decision. Thanks to all the sponsors: Johnson Plumbing & Heating, Parkersburg Hardware & Garden Center, NAPA Auto Parts and Cedar Valley Primary Care & Walk-in Clinic. Also thanks to the Friends of the Library for coordinating this event and covering the extra costs associated with the the event. We know Emery Luhring will do an excellent job representing Miss Parkersburg at the Butler County Fair in June.

We had a later entry for the Miss Parkersburg contest, so we just wanted to share the information on the four ladies. Only three were listed in the Butler County Eclipse. We hope to see you on June 1st at 5:00pm at the Coronation outside of the Parkersburg Historical Home. Thanks to the sponsors listed below and to the Friends of the Library for coordinating and covering the extra costs for the competition.
