🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT: Highway 71 North of Park Rapids 🚧

Beginning June 22, Highway 71 at Hay Creek north of Park Rapids will be CLOSED for a culvert replacement project by MnDOT. The project is expected to continue through August 12, weather permitting.

🚗 Detour Route:
Motorists will be detoured using Hubbard County Roads 40 and 4, along with Highway 200 and Highway 71.

⚠️ Please note:
• Boat access under the bridge will be closed during construction.
• Local property owners will continue to have access to their homes and businesses.
• Expect delays and plan extra travel time, especially during busy summer weekends.

MnDOT reminds everyone to slow down in work zones, stay alert, and help keep workers safe.
