A Prayer For Disasters and Calamities
In the Name of God, the Universally Merciful, the Uniquely Merciful
O Allah, Oh Hearer of every complaint
O Witness to every private plea
O Knower of all that’s hidden
O Remover of grief and tribulation
O Savior of Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad, upon them peace
I pray to you, oh my God, a prayer of one who is constricted by his neediness
whose strength has weakened
and has lost his tact
a prayer of a drowning man, troubled, distressed and crazed
who finds no relief from what has befallen him except from You
There is no god but You so show us mercy Oh Most Merciful of the merciful
Relieve us from what has befallen us from our enemy, Your enemy, the accursed Satan and from the people of Oppression and Injustice (or from an individual like that if it is one enemy)
Oh Lord of all the Universes, for verily You have power over everything
So save us (3x)
Oh Allah (3x)
Oh Allah, Oh Creator of harmonious order, nothing has created You
Oh Eternal One, there is no ending to You
Oh Living One, Oh Giver of Life to the dead,
Oh the One in charge of every soul in what it has earned
Oh God, verily You are You, the Mighty, the Compeller,
there is no god but You,
our God and the god of everything is One God
I ask You by the sacredness of the Complete Words, all of Them, security, pardon, well-being, constant safety in this world and the next,
for our families, our bodies, our wealth, our children, and all the Muslims, oh Lord of the universes.
Verily You have power over everything
And show us mercy by Your Compassionate, Loving Mercy
Oh Most Merciful of the merciful
Relieve us from what has fallen upon us of harm and of evil, all of what we want
And grant us a beautiful completion, oh Lord of the universes,
and prayers of Allah upon our master Muhammad, his family and his companions a complete peace.
