10/01/2026

We are expanding! Our critical mine action mission will continue without interruption, but im pleased to announce the start of Tip of the Spear Veterans Humanitarian Corp, a veteran initiative under Tip of the Spear Landmine Removal Inc.
Through this expansion we will offer life sustaining missions like reconstruction, agriculture revitalization, medical support, evacuations, teaching, and other capabilities which veterans possess to maximize our efforts and to help those in need.
This is our way of helping Veterans heal through humanitarian work and helping people around the world who are suffering. This is our way of being the beacon of hope so many need. This is our way of spreading America's relationships and regional interests through humanitarian missions veterans accomplish. This is our way of giving back and doing our part to make the world a better place.

If you would like to support our mission please see Landmineremoval.org and make a difference today.

A Green Beret and Silver Star recipient who once survived an IED and now clears Ukraine's landmines is the subject of a new documentary, "Safe Ground."

In war those who suffer the most are the civilians cought in the middle. But through the suffering and chaos humanity prevails. People coming together risking everything to help their neighbor. They dont do it for accolades, or fame, but because its the right thing to do.
War brings darkness, but humanity is the light that pierce the darkness and creates hope. Hope is contagious and spreads. As dark as it may seem in Ukraine, hope is taking over.

You don’t have to be in Dallas to be part of our 2026 Tip of the Spear Landmine Removal Gala!

Our auction is **HYBRID this year**, which means you can browse and bid online from anywhere.

Today we’re highlighting one of the incredible experiences available in this year’s auction — our **Best of W**e Country Experience** in Healdsburg, California, featuring a private culinary experience with acclaimed Chef Dustin Valette.

Check out the video for a glimpse of what this experience has to offer.

And there is so much more in this year’s auction — travel experiences, original artwork, jewelry, veteran-made items, sports memorabilia, and one-of-a-kind experiences.

Every bid helps Tip of the Spear continue our mission of **saving limbs and lives** and restoring freedom of movement for communities affected by landmines and explosive hazards.

The Gala is **Saturday, September 19**, but online bidding is open to supporters everywhere.

Never forget September 11th 2001.
We are Americans.
We are the beacon of hope for the world.
As Americans we protect our own and as Americans we help those around the world who are suffering.
As Americans we are the light in darkness. As Americans we protect those who have no protection and we help those in need, not only in America, but around the world.
We are Americans!
Never let the memories of those who made the ultimate sacrifice fade.
A soldier dies two deaths. Once when their soul leaves their body and the second, the last time their name is spoken.
Never forget the sacrifice.
We must be the beacon of hope as one nation under God for the world.
God gives everyone abilities. With those abilities it is our responsibility to help others. This is our duty as Americans! Never forget

Its been awhile since I've given an update and we've been busy. Busy is good. Lots happening and I have some big news.

Tip of the Spear Landmine Removal Inc is now partners with Amazon!

None of this would have been possible without Charlotte La Belle, MPA. Charlotte, although she will not agree with me, is a Rockstar! What Charlotte does for the veteran community and for Amazon is absolutely amazing and has helped me in more ways then she knows. Charlotte is someone myself and many others look up to and are inspired by.

Check out the video for other updates and continue spreading the word!

When people think about the war in Ukraine they think about drones, trench warfare, tanks, modern technology in a WW1 type of fight, but many do know about the landmine crisis.
With a contamination area roughly the size of Florida, It has disrupted the agriculture industry, created IDPs and the largest refugee crisis in Europe since WW2.
Tip of the Spear and our Ukrainian partners are doing our part to help make areas safe again so people can start to pick up the pieces of their life's without living in fear of their next step. To watch the full episode see Safe Ground

Everyone has experiences in life that have shaped us. Whether good, bad, painful, evil or beautiful we all have experiences that have made us who we are today. But its what we do with those experiences, expecially the bad ones that determines who we are as humans. Use each experience expecially the painful ones to build yourself up and make yourself stronger, but dont do it for yourself. Make yourself stronger so you can help other people. If you do that, there are no regretful experiences, only lessons learned and tools you will use to make the workd a better place.

Many veterans suffer after military service with identity, purpose and hope. The same questions asked plague me as well expecially after the withdrawal from Afghanistan. What was it all for? What was the bloodshed and loss of our brothers and sisters for? Who am I now and what is my purpose? These questions and more lead to a very dark place many veterans do not come back from.
What if I told you there is an answer? I was in a very dark place in my life expecially after the withdrawal from Afghanistan, a place I almost did not make it back from. A chance opportunity sent me to Ukraine March 2022. There I started helping people who were suffering through humanitarian work. We were busy, but one day I had a chance to reflect for a bit. I looked in the mirror, and for once, I was proud of the man looking back at me. I had found my identity, purpose and hope through serving others in need.
There is something very powerful mentally, emotionally and physically when you help others. When you help others doing a mission bigger then yourself, you heal and I want anyone who is struggling like I was to experience this power.
