We meet on the second Monday of each month at the Oyster Bay Community Center located on Church Street in Oyster Bay Village. Monthly activities include various runs, shows, and helping other members work on their projects. As a local region of a national organization, we work

with other regions to plan and participate in events. We provide a monthly news letter to all members.

Some of our club members were attending the Bohaty show in Huntington last September when a Newsday photographer asked who owned the yellow and green 54 Chevy. John told him that he owned it and the man asked if he could take pictures of it for their "In The Garage" Friday feature. Besides the pictures John gave the history of the car and how he came by acquiring it. Here is the feature that appeared in Newsday January 23, 2025 thanks to David Fluhrer from Newsday.

The Long Island Region out for a Sunday dinner at Piccola Bussola in Huntington, NY. Great company, amazing food and the snow even held off until we got home. Events like this is what the VCCA is all about, soon it will be time to break out the cars from their winter siesta.
