Rebecca Weitsman Memorial Dog Park The Rebecca Weitsman Memorial Dog Park, located in Hickories Park in Owego, N.Y., is maintained by the Owego Dog Owners Group, or ODOG.

As a non-profit, the group raises funds for supplies, maintenance, and manages the day-to-day operation of the park. ODOG, or Owego Dog Owners Group, is a group of like-minded community members working to create activities for dogs and promote responsible dog ownership. Their mission it to promote positive relationships and respectful cohabitation among dogs, their owners and the community in whic

h they live. ODOG's main project was the construction of a dog park, in memory of Rebecca Weitsman, to be facilitated by Hickories Park in the Town of Owego. The park, was funded by Adam Weitsman, Becky's brother.
