TOP is a not-for-profit organization and coalition of residents with a passion for community service.

The mission of Together Otsego Prospers (TOP) is to bring joy, prosperity, and beauty to our community through volunteer-led events and development projects. We are united by a desire to see Otsego reach its full potential as a community where you work, play, and stay. We believe that vibrant communities have a sense of place, fostered by community events and a strong sense of local character. TOP was founded by Otsego area residents in 2022 following the dissolution of the Otsego Main Street program to carry on Main Street’s work of community revitalization. Committed to a resident-led approach to community development, we empower residents to get involved in their community. Whether you want to volunteer on a service project, plan a community event, or fundraise for community projects, we want to connect you with the resources you need to succeed.

📚 Helping Dix Street get back to books

Dix Street Elementary is a beloved part of our community, and the recent fire was a loss felt by many Otsego families. We’re so glad students and staff are back in school, and we wanted to help with the recovery.

Together Otsego Prospers and the Otsego Arts Council have joined forces to donate $400 to Otsego Public Schools to help the Dix Street staff restock their library with books. The library was one of the areas hit hardest, and we hope every new book helps bring a little of that magic back for the kids.

Thank you to the teachers, staff, and families who have shown such strength through all of this. Otsego takes care of its own. 💙

Many of our community members are asking - how can we help?

First, love on your DSE friends, family, and staff. Their bravery is inspiring, but we all need a little love in the hard times. 💙

Our student and teacher community will be in need of supplies and support as we navigate what comes next.

Our DSE staff has created a wish list of items that community members can donate to help DSE return to learning as quickly and effectively as possible.

Visit us at https://dse.otsegops.org/aboutdse/communitysupport to see the wish list and find drop off locations.

Thank you for being all hands on deck for DSE, Bulldogs. 💙🐾

📸 Got great shots from this year's Gus Macker?

We loved seeing this community come together for another incredible tournament, and we know a lot of amazing moments were captured along the way — game-winning shots, big smiles, team huddles, and everything in between!

Share your favorite photos from this year's Gus Macker in the comments or send them our way. Some may even be featured in future Gus Macker promotions! 🏀📷

Thanks again for making this year another one for the books.
