Exciting Update from Misha’s Closet!

We are thrilled to share that we have officially received our State of Michigan solicitation registration, which means we can now begin accepting donations to support families right here in Allegan County. 💛

Clothing & Clothing Storage Donations Are Now Open!
We are gratefully accepting gently-used or new children’s clothing in sizes for ages 0–18, as well as clothing storage items such as totes, bins, hangers, and shelving units. These items help us stay organized as we prepare to serve families in our community. Everything we provide is completely free to those in need.

Where We’re Operating From
While we continue working toward a dedicated space, Misha’s Closet will be operating out of our home for now. We will share drop-off details privately to keep things organized and safe.

Serving Families Starting Early February
We plan to begin connecting with families in early February to help provide clothing directly through meet-ups or deliveries. If you or someone you know could benefit, please watch for our upcoming post with instructions on how to request items.

Hello, Allegan County! We’re excited to introduce MISHA’S CLOSET, a new nonprofit dedicated to providing free clothing to children and teens in need. Our mission is to support dignity, comfort, and confidence for local kids.

We’re currently in the early stages of preparing - gathering storage supplies, organizing our setup, and making sure everything is ready to properly serve our community. While we get everything in place, we want to start spreading awareness about our mission and build a supportive community around MISHA’S CLOSET.
