Bridge To Hope Providing hope for individuals in our community through housing and resources.

Bridge to Hope is a local ministry working to provide hope to individuals in Oswego County by providing safe transitional housing for those experiencing homelessness and housing vulnerable individuals and families and to equip them with the tools needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

As Aaron Palmer (one of our Bridge to Hope guys) is going to be going to college he needed a computer As the need was shared Jon and Holly Van Wert, along with Jerry and Karen Passarelli bought a computer for him.
