The ORA is proud to recognize the strong support of Oswego County Federal Credit Union and Bill Carhart. Their $5,000 contribution for 2026 is helping to drive neighborhood improvements across the City of Oswego.

For more than 50 years, Oswego County FCU has been invested in the people of this city—not just as a financial institution, but as a community partner. Through initiatives like Movies on the Park, Gloves with Love, and support for organizations such as OCO, CMOO, local food banks, and others, their impact reaches into every corner of Oswego.

As a member-owned cooperative, their mission goes beyond banking. It’s about enhancing quality of life for local residents—whether they’re members or not. Their staff contributes hundreds of volunteer hours each year to events like the Easter Egg Hunt and local Trunk-or-Treats—things that make our community stronger.

That commitment has not gone unnoticed. In 2025, Oswego County FCU was named Best Financial Institution and Best Credit Union by Pall-Times readers.

This kind of support is what makes ORA’s work possible. When you see Block Challenge signs throughout Oswego this summer and fall, know that partners like Oswego County Federal Credit Union are helping bring those projects to life.

CENTURY 21 Galloway Realty is supporting the ORA for the 2026 season with a generous $3,000 donation! Thank you to Bill and Elaine Galloway for their continued commitment to this community.

This year’s photo also features Ryan Galloway (center), a third-generation NYS licensed real estate salesperson, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Thomas Galloway, and his father, Bill (left). Ryan began working in the office during his high school years and, since earning his license in 2020, has taken on key roles in new agent training, MLS compliance, and transaction systems.

It’s great to see that kind of continuity across generations right here in Oswego.
