We are honored to have been chosen as a recipient, along with Friends of Polk County, WI, Special Olympics, for proceeds from Zutheran Church of Osceola, Wisconsins pie and ice cream stand. 😋🥧🎡

Osceola Community Fair is right around the corner and that means FOOD STANDS!!

Every year we order the ice cream for the Zion Lutheran Church of Osceola, Wisconsin ice cream and pie stand. Have you ever had some of those pies?? Oh my goodness, so delicious!

The church fundraises every year for a different local non-profit. This year all the monies will be going towards Grow Osceola and Friends of Polk County, WI, Special Olympics.

Along with the pies you can get ice cream cones! We proudly donate all of the ice creams to the church!

It truly is a community celebration!!

We are working hard to make improvements to several beds this year. Adding some natural elements such as larger stones creates focal points of interest all year long. We want to send a huge thank you to the Public Works crew for doing all the heavy lifting and providing the rocks to make this happen!💪 🪨🥰 👏👏👏

Bed redo!

There have been many beds that have needed a redo for a long time. Today was the day for this one! 🪏Special thanks to Dawn for her hours of hard work (and a few years of dreaming/planning for this day!) 🤣 And Germaine for all her thoughtful plant recommendations and for lots of running.

Last Tuesday we attended the village board meeting and shared why we do what we do and the impact the flowers have on creating a welcoming downtown. We learned that the public works will continue with watering the planters for 2026, but that things need to be figured out for 2027. We are grateful for the gift of time.

We are also grateful for all who have supported us with phone calls, shouts of “thank you” from car windows as you drive by, donations, and those wanting to learn more about what we do and how this all works.

We are proud to continue the work, but it takes donations to make it all happen. With the changes in sight for 2027, future planning may have to include equipment which is beyond what we normally have to fundraise for.

We recently received a wonderful donation from the Osceola BID. ❤️ We have a few beds in need of improvement and this will allow us to do that and start to prepare for future state.
