Calling all who love our public lands. We are excited to announce TWO showings of the Public Lands Film Festival!

America’s public lands are more than forests, rivers, and mountains—they are places where people find peace, adventure, inspiration, and a connection to something larger than themselves. Through a curated collection of short films from independent filmmakers, the Public Lands Film Festival celebrates the breathtaking beauty, rich diversity, and enduring importance of these special places. Each film was chosen for its ability to inform, inspire, and remind audiences that when people come together around the places they love, extraordinary things happen.

We’ll be joined by the Conservancy’s Invasive Species Coordinator, Maria Young, who will share more about her work to protect these delicate ecosystems. Join us to experience the St. Croix firsthand while learning about its unique and bountiful habitats.

This is a fully supported paddle. You will be provided with premium kayaks, paddles, and PFDs, as well as a shuttle service back to your vehicles after the paddle.

Presented by nonprofits doing critical work in our public lands, director Brendan Hall will be joining for a talkback and Q&A. After a sweeping film festival run and screenings with organizations across the country, we are thrilled to bring this inspiring film to Minneapolis.
