Wonderful segment about our namesake, Kosciuszko! We appreciate you sharing your eloquent words and expertise on Thaddeusz Kosciuszko with viewers, Alex Storozynski! Well done!

Perhaps, one day state education boards and publishing houses will expand on Thaddeusz Kosciuszko's legacy in American high school textbooks rather than merely mention his name. His fierce advocacy for human liberty, ardent resistance to slavery, and provisions in his will to free and educate enslaved people cannot be overlooked.

Thank you again, Alex for educating viewers about Kosciuszko in today's informative television segment, and in your book. This is how we insert our Polish heroes into America’s historical dialogue.

Wszystkiego najlepszego z okazji Dnia Ojca!

Do ojców, którzy tak wiele z siebie dają –
cichych bohaterów, którzy kochają
zarówno czynami, jak i słowami.

Happy Father’s Day!

To the Fathers who give so much -
the quiet heroes who love with action as much as words.
