Logan's Rescue Logan's Rescue is a small group committed to giving homeless animals a new lease on life. We specialize in maternal and neonate care.

Logan's Rescue is a small animal rescue group committed to finding Lost, Orphaned, Given (surrendered) Animals Needing Rescue loving, forever homes. Founded in June 2014, Logan's Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization so donations are tax deductible. All pets adopted from Logan's Rescue with be vaccinated with age appropriate vaccines, altered and implanted with a microchip. Dogs will be tested

for heartworm and cats will be tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia. Logan's Rescue is also committed to helping members of the community spay or neuter their pets and provide education on animal husbandry and proper veterinary care. We look forward to continuing to grow and add more resources to help animals in the community.

Earlier this year, we took in 9 chihuahuas from a local hoarding situation that had 60+ chihuahuas living in horrid conditions. Eight of those dogs have found their new homes. Ruthie is the only one that hasn’t been adopted, and we have no idea why. She is sweet, social, snuggly, gets along with other dogs, children and cats. She understandably has some residual issues from living in a hoarding situation for as long as she did, but she is hoping to find the right person to look past her issues and help her work through them. We have SO MANY animals available for adoption so we are having a huge adoption event this Saturday from 1-3pm at CountryMax Stores in Henrietta! We will have lots of cats and kittens and a few dogs too! Please come out and see us and maybe adopt a new best friend! We would like to welcome Spider-Man and Tank to our rescue! These little guys joined us last week. They were from separate homes but both had the same issue; they were severely undernourished, could not maintain a normal blood sugar and needed round the clock feedings. Both of these young men are now stable and will be in foster for a while before becoming available for adoption. Feel free to inquire or submit an application if you are interested but it will be several weeks before their medical holds are up!

OK Facebook Friends, we need some help! This momma and babies need a new foster or forever families by this coming weekend! We would like to introduce our Dragon Family! Momma Mushu and her 5 little dragons are spayed/neutered, FIV/Felv negative, dewormed, protected against fleas and ticks, microchipped and up to date on age appropriate vaccines (the kittens will need 2 more boosters for their complete series). They are ready to go in pairs! Momma can be adopted for free with one of her kittens! If you are interested in opening you home to a pair temporarily or forever, let us know!! We had another successful spay/neuter day today! We neutered 19 cats (3 were cryptorchid) and spayed 13 cats for our rescue. We also spayed 3 cats, spayed 1 dog and neutered 1 dog for Wayne County Humane Society!
Thank you so much to Walworth Animal Hospital for hosting us and InterVol for donating supplies!
We are hoping to do this monthly and eventually open it up to the public as a low cost spay/neuter option! We are a bit away from that goal but it is a goal!
