❤️ Omro… you showed up, and wow, did you show up! ❤️
Where do we even begin?!
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU, OMRO!
This year's Oktoberfest was something special, and that's because of YOU. Our community came out, supported local businesses, filled our streets, enjoyed the activities, and helped make this an Oktoberfest we won't soon forget!
First, we need to give a HUGE shoutout to our incredible Omro businesses! Whether you participated in the B**r Walk, hosted an event or activity, helped us with our first b**r garden, welcomed Future Omro into your space, let us borrow your co****le boards, offered special menus, ran sales, drove the b**r bus or haywagon tractor, or found your own way to get involved, you helped make this happen!
One of the things we're most proud of is seeing so many of our local businesses come together to create something for our community. Oktoberfest wasn't just one event in one location. It was businesses throughout Omro working together, supporting one another, and giving people so many reasons to get out and enjoy our little community. And we absolutely love that.
AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT THAT CONCERT?!
This was our first attempt at bringing evening entertainment back to Oktoberfest, and holy cow!
Star Six Nine was amazing, and seeing everyone come out to enjoy the music made all the planning, organizing, and running around worth it.
Whether you were belting out Stacy's Mom, singing along to Come On Eileen, dancing with your friends, or just enjoying a beautiful evening in Scott Park, we loved every minute of it!
And hearing the crowd singing along? That is the kind of memory that sticks with you.
To our sponsors: We truly could not have pulled this off without you. Your generosity, support, and willingness to invest in our community helped make everything from our daytime activities to our evening entertainment possible. We are beyond grateful that you believe in what we're trying to build here in Omro.
To our volunteers: Oh my goodness, where would we be without you?!
From early morning setup, placing vendors, helping with activities, keeping things running, hauling supplies, tearing everything down, moving equipment to Scott Park, and running like absolute crazy people in the b**r area during the concert… YOU ARE ROCKSTARS!
So much of what happens behind the scenes goes unnoticed, but please know that we see you, we appreciate you, and we couldn't do this without you.
And finally, to our community.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for supporting our local businesses.
Thank you for supporting our vendors, food trucks, activities, and entertainment.
Thank you for bringing your families, inviting your friends, and spending your Saturday with us.
Thank you for reminding us WHY we put so much time and energy into these events.
We're always looking for ways to grow, try new things, and bring more opportunities to Omro. Some ideas work, some need a little tweaking, and some turn into something pretty darn special.
This one? This one was pretty darn special. ❤️
We took a chance on bringing back evening entertainment, and you showed us just how much our community loves coming together.
So, from all of us at Future Omro …
THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU!
For supporting local. For believing in our community. For showing up. And for helping make Oktoberfest 2026 a night to remember.
We couldn't have done it without you!
Now excuse us while we recover from Oktoberfest… and maybe start dreaming up what we can do next year. 😉
Please drop your pics in the comments from the day, we'd love to share them!
