Mental Health Monday: Be Impeccable With Your Word!

The way we speak to ourselves matters!

Inspired by The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, this week’s Mental Health Monday is all about being intentional with our words and recognizing how they impact our mental health.

πŸ’ When you make a mistake, do you tell yourself, β€œI’ll never get this right,” or do you remind yourself, β€œIt’s okay to make mistakes. I can learn from this”?

✨Your Monday reminder: Speak to yourself with compassion. Your mistakes don’t define you, and your inner voice can be one of your greatest sources of support.

What’s one positive thing you can start telling yourself this week? Share it in the comments! πŸ‘‡

MENTAL HEALTH MONDAY

This week, we’re talking about the powerful book The Body Keeps the Score by Dr. Bessel van der Kolk and exploring the connection between trauma, the brain, and the body.

One important takeaway is that difficult experiences can affect more than just how we think or feel, they can also influence how our bodies respond to stress.

✨ Your experiences matter.
✨ Your feelings are valid.
✨ Healing is possible.

Understanding how trauma can impact us can help us develop greater self-awareness, compassion, and healthier ways of coping. Remember: you don’t have to have all the answers, and asking for support is a strength. πŸ’š

🎧 Tune in to this week’s Mental Health Monday conversation as we learn, reflect, and grow together.
