🎓✨ Investing in Our Future – Celebrating Excellence, Service, and Dreams ✨🎓

The West Milford Rotary Club is incredibly proud to recognize our 2026 Scholarship Recipients, three remarkable young adults whose passion, dedication, and commitment to making a difference represent the very best of our community.

🌟 Skylar Locke will be attending the University of Maryland, where she will pursue a career as an Actuary. Her love for mathematics and analytical thinking will guide her toward a future in insurance or finance.

🌟 Hailey Geller is heading to Monmouth University to begin her six-year journey toward becoming an Occupational Therapist. With a heart for helping others, she hopes to work in pediatrics while also bringing her school spirit to the Hawks Cheer Team.

🌟 Glenn Dowson will be attending Lincoln Technical Institute to train for a career in HVAC, with the goal of joining a local union. True to the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self,” Glenn will also attend Fire School to serve and protect the residents of West Milford.

These students have already achieved so much, but their journey is only beginning. We encourage them to continue learning, growing, and using their talents to make a positive impact on those around them.

Congratulations, Skylar, Hailey, and Glenn! 🎉 Your West Milford Rotary family is proud of you and excited to see the incredible paths ahead.

As the Rotarian of the Month, Karen Sabyan selected the Wantage Township Animal Shelter as the recipient of a Rotary donation. During our meeting, she shared the incredible work the shelter does to rescue, rehabilitate, and care for animals in need.

Karen highlighted the shelter's compassionate response earlier this year, providing care, shelter, and support for abandoned and abused dogs in Sussex County. Their dedication to giving vulnerable animals a second chance is truly inspiring.
We were honored to present a donation to support the shelter's ongoing mission and the important work they do for our region's animals.

The West Milford Rotary Club takes pride in supporting organizations that make a positive difference in our community. Together, we continue our commitment to Service Above Self by helping those who serve others. Shown below are Karen and KenQuazza, our WM Rotary President.

Community is strongest when compassion meets action. 💙

We are honored to support "The Hope Institute and Treatment Center" and hear an incredibly powerful and heartfelt presentation from William Wallace.

William shared the difficult realities of addiction, the importance of hope, and the life-changing work being done every day at Hope Institute to support individuals and families facing addiction challenges. His message reminded us that recovery is possible, kindness matters, and no one should walk this journey alone.

At Rotary, we are proud to serve this beautiful and caring community by supporting organizations that truly make a difference. Together, we can continue creating hope, connection, and positive change right here in West Milford.
