Reminder: Tomorrow, Saturday, May 4th is Spring Work Weekend. Most of the work at this time is focused on preparing the park and beach for the summer season. Please report to the office at 9:00am to sign-in and bring work clothes, gloves, tarps, leaf-blowers, pruning shears and wheelbarrows. The Board is in the process of scheduling the paving of the parking area next to the First Aid building. Discounts are available if multiple homes receive paving on the same day. If you are a Forest Hill Park resident who needs your driveway or other area paved and would like to get an estimate, please contact Ed DeRobertis at [email protected] or (973) 846-4025 x580 and he will arrange it with the contractor.

Forest Hill Park will hold its Annual Meeting on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 2:00pm in the park office. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. If you cannot attend, please complete and return the proxy statement and ballot included in the announcement you will be receiving by mail. The Board of Trustees looks forward to seeing everyone there as this is an excellent opportunity to share information and get your feedback on important issues.

The monthly assessment for all Forest Hill Park members will be increasing to $110 per month effective January 2019. Invoices sent in December 2018 will reflect this amount due January 1, 2018. After completing a preliminary 2019 budget, the Board of Trustees has determined that it is necessary to increase the monthly assessment from $100 to $110 starting in 2019.
