We were so humbled to be chosen as the nonprofit beneficiary for this year’s Autumn at the Orchard event!

It was an absolute joy to gather at The Peach Orchard Venue for an unforgettable night of delicious food, casino games, and wonderful fellowship, connecting with neighbors across Carlton Woods, Augusta Pines, Benders Landing, Bentwater, Grand Harbor, and surrounding Stroll communities.

A huge thank you to The Peach Orchard Venue for hosting such a stunning evening, to all the local businesses who brought it to life, and to every single neighbor who came out to spend their evening with us. Your incredible support directly fuels our mission at Hands of Justice as we walk alongside survivors and fight human trafficking in our community.

FUEL FREEDOM: GIVE A RIDE, CHANGE A LIFE
A simple $10 donation can bridge the gap between a survivor and their future.
When a survivor of human trafficking takes their first steps toward rebuilding their life, basic transportation is often one of their biggest hurdles. For many of the overcomers we serve, getting to work, attending therapy, or picking up essential supplies depends on one critical resource: Gas.
Gas cards provide immediate independence, dignity, and relief. Your gift ensures our survivors can reliably access:
💼 Employment: Getting to job interviews and daily work shifts to achieve financial stability.
🎓 Education: Attending college classes, vocational training, and skill-building programs.

We are still smiling from ear to ear after an incredible pickleball tournament hosted by Better Community Builders!

Not only was it a day filled with friendly competition, great energy, and wonderful community spirit, but the proceeds directly benefited three organizations doing vital work on the ground: Hands of Justice, Wings Ministries, and Family Promise.

Every survivor deserves to be seen, heard, and supported on the road toward healing.

We were grateful to welcome Hands of Justice as a Fall Brunch nonprofit guest. Their work supports survivors of human trafficking and raises awareness so our communities can respond with compassion and informed action.

Only one nonprofit receives our grant at each brunch, but our hope is that every guest gains something lasting: new connections and more neighbors ready to help.

We are thrilled and deeply honored to announce the newest addition to the Hands of Justice Board of Directors: Angela Signorelli, LCSW! 🎉💙

Angie brings a wealth of expertise, compassion, and dedicated clinical experience to our team. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston School of Social Work (2006) and has spent over a decade supporting individuals, couples, and families through a collaborative, supportive approach.

Throughout her career, Angie has worked extensively with children impacted by abuse, foster youth and young adults, and adult survivors of trauma. As a Certified EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, as well as a trained mediator and parenting coordinator, her heart and skills align powerfully with our mission to bring hope, restoration, and holistic support to survivors.

Beyond her clinical practice, Angie has served as an adjunct professor at Stephen F. Austin State University (Lone Star Campus) and loves mentoring the next generation of leaders.
