Shabbat starts long before the candles are lit.

It starts when we choose to slow down and make space for what matters.

The most confident Jews I know aren’t the ones with all the answers.

They’re the ones who keep showing up, keep learning, and keep growing.

Jewish confidence isn’t about knowing everything.

It’s about being proud enough to keep exploring.

What has strengthened your connection to Judaism the most? ✨👇🏻

You know that feeling when your child gets in the car and talks the entire ride home because they had that good of a day? 🥹

That’s what summer should feel like.

Not just filling the weeks. Not just keeping them busy. Real friendships. New experiences. Confidence. Jewish pride. A place where kids genuinely feel excited to show up every day.

The kind of summer they remember long after it ends.

☀️ Registration is open. We can’t wait to spend the summer together.

Comment SUMMER and we’ll send you details.

**Nobody warned you that the hardest part of being human is feeling like no one truly gets you.**

We throw around the word empathy a lot.

But real empathy? It’s not a pep talk. It’s not advice. It’s not “everything happens for a reason.”

It’s sitting with someone in their mess and saying — *I’m not going anywhere.*

That kind of presence is rare. And it changes people.

We’re breaking down why empathy might be the most underrated skill of our time — and how to actually practice it.

Jewish pride isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it looks like showing up.

Asking questions.

Lighting candles.

Having hard conversations.

Teaching our children where they come from.

Choosing connection when it would be easier not to.

It’s found in the little moments we repeat so often that we forget how meaningful they are.

And maybe that’s the point. Jewish pride isn’t only something we say. It’s something we live.

Not every week is a winning streak.

Some weeks you lose 2 out of 3. Some weeks nothing goes the way you planned. Some weeks you’re just trying to make it to Friday.

But here’s what Jewish wisdom has always taught — resilience isn’t about being undefeated. It’s about being the person who keeps showing up.
