Hello Wild Wind Ranch families!
We have some exciting news! 🎉
We are officially launching our new online scheduling system, and we need everyone to create a new profile using the link below:

This new system will put you in the driver’s seat! You’ll be able to:
• Book lessons with your favorite trainer
• Choose your preferred horse (when available)
• Cancel and reschedule appointments yourself
• View your upcoming lessons and account information
We are hoping this new system will help eliminate scheduling mix-ups and make life easier for everyone. To be completely honest, I currently spend a huge part of my day juggling schedule changes, and while I love talking to all of you, I think we’d all rather spend that time enjoying horses! 🐴
We kindly ask that all lesson cancellations and rescheduling be done through the app whenever possible. Taking out the middleman will help us keep schedules accurate and allow trainers to focus on what they do best.
A quick reminder about our 24-hour cancellation policy: We completely understand that life happens, and you’re always welcome to reschedule. However, lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will still be charged. This helps ensure that our trainers and the ranch are compensated for reserved lesson times.
As many of you know, Wild Wind Ranch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. If you would like a donation receipt for tax purposes at the end of the year, we are happy to provide one—just let us know.
