Our Scouting summer fun continues with outdoor racing action. Bring your youth and some friends to a fun night of relay races. Youth will work together to achieve the goals, and bring home smiles and memories.

A Scout is:
Friendly - meet new people and make new friends
Obedient - follow the rules of the game to achieve success
Cheerful - cheer on your teammates as you push towards the win
Kind - use kind words win or lose

Pinewood Derby!

Don't forget to join us this weekend in Helendale for our District Pinewood Derby! Bring your best car and compete against other High Desert Scouts for a chance to win a 3-ft tall trophy!

The event will take place Saturday May 9th at the Helendale Community Park in partnership with the High Desert Classic Car Club Association. Come check out some jaw dropping classing cars, grab food and treats from the food trucks, race your derby car, and then stay for the free concert. It's sure to be an amazing day.

Be sure to mark your calendars and stop by Freddy's on Monday for some good food and amazing dessert! The temps are finally rising and this will be a sweet relief for you and your family. No additional cost to you, simply show the flyer to show your support or mention that you are there for the fundraiser when you order.
