Good morning. Update. Cablecom construction is completed. They only have a few cleanup items to take care of yet.

Also, A gentleman from the Xfinity sales team, Sam Hancock, may be in the neighborhood throughout the next few weeks. If you're interested in switching cable service providers, he's your man : ) there's no obligation.

Hello everyone. We have officially transitioned from Northwest Water to Water and Wastewater Services (WWSVC), Mount Vernon for our water management needs. The latest bill should have reflected the new mailing address listed below. WWSVC will also be sending some welcome correspondence. Please be on the lookout for our Annual Meeting flyer in the mail within the coming week (expect to see a dedicated FB post soon). We hope to see you at the meeting in March and please let us know if you have any questions!

Good evening everyone. I was having some FB account issues so I apologize for being late on a few messenger responses.

Update on Comcast
CableCom is still digging and laying lines in some areas of the neighborhood, delayed due to a few material issues. They tell us it could be a few more weeks. It shouldn't have any affect on our services but if you do have issues, please reach out. Thanks.

We have been missing our cat. We last saw him about 6 PM on Sunday. We are hoping people can look in their sheds and garages and make sure he is not trapped somewhere. Also asking if anyone has heard a cat crying - like maybe stuck in a tree. We live on Harrison.

Good morning. CableCom will be in the neighborhood, off and on, for the next few weeks. They are running lines below ground and will be doing a little aerial work at the end of this week. This work should have no affect on any of our current services but if you do have issues, please reach out through messenger. FYI, this project is so Comcast can eventually offer services to our community. We have no timeline on when that will be available, but will be sure to let everyone know when we know. Thanks
