At Precious Cargo Rescue Rides our mission is to provide transportation for animals in need of rescue. Our goal is working with rescues to help relieve shelter , animal control, veterinary facilities, etc by transporting animals from their unsure situation to the safety of rescue. Our organization bridges the gap that is greatly needed to secure the lives of these animals.

I rescued Albert about 2 months ago. He ended up staying with me due to the severity of his neglect. I have before & after ( 1st three ) pictures and he is just an amazing little trooper šŸ§” His back leg tendons are permanently damaged so he walks on his tippy toes but his front feet toes are starting to separate and are no longer crossed over šŸ˜Š This is huge compared to where they were. He even hollers at me now just like the rest of them. And stands up on the edge of his cage when anticipating his food šŸ§”ļæ¼ love this little old man

I couldnā€™t help myself since it was close to my home. We stopped in at South Suburban Humane Society adoption event at PetSmart. I got the opportunity to help out for a bit. And the best part was reuniting with my little friends & seeing them get adopted
From start to finish I got to be part of their journey šŸ©µ
1- dumped in a tiny cage & then let free out of cage to run loose šŸ™„
2-3- me taking them to SSHS
4- them getting adopted from SSHS šŸ˜Š

2 & 3ā€¦4ā€¦5ā€¦6 - OK these two REALLY love each other. One male (neutered) one female ( spayed) both 3yrs old. Someone go get them together šŸ©µ One was put in a carrier & the other one jumped up into my van & into the crate immediately. There definitely was not enough room for both in the little crate. The scruffy one that jumped up, looked up like WHAT?!?ā€¦ļæ¼then they both looked up like WHAT?! Weā€™re fine! Itā€™s fine! Go about your business woman!

As Iā€™ve mentioned I transport all creatures great and small. Earlier today I posted the small. Well here is your ā€œgreatā€ ā€¦in more than 1 way šŸ˜‰ RESCUE RIDE for one magnificent guy out of Joliet Township Animal Control. He is the typical goofy Great Dane. He is the absolute sweetest & leans hard. Heā€™s ready to play with a canine friend. If you are looking for a giant cuddle buddy that wants nothing more than to be by your side this is your guy. BUT you also need to be just as committed to him. He is mostly blind & pretty sure heā€™s deaf too. In the van he seemed confused so I reached back & touched his side. He got so excited that someone was there. He licked & licked then leaned & leaned. They will further asses him at Determined To Rise Animal Foundation. Ya think heā€™s going to get some lovin on while in rescue? He seems to be a favorite already 1 minute out of the van. Live a happy life baby šŸ©µ

All creatures great & small RESCUE RIDE! Iā€™m an animal person period. So when I got the message ā€œcan you transport an iguanaā€ Yes maā€™am how big is he so I know how big of a carrier to bring.
It ended up being a little one but that didnā€™t hold them back on being their spicy self. Yes they can have very sharp nails & a whippy tail.
