Thanks to a neutrality agreement and card check process with Ballys, these workers have bargained a FAIR first contract that recognizes the skills, professionalism, and dedication these members bring to the job everyday 🙌🏼

On Friday, July 17th, International Union of Operating Engineers Local 877 Members and Staff took to the street again, in solidarity, to demand a fair contract from Bentley University ✊🏼✅

We have filed our second Federal Charge with the National Labor Relations Board 👀❌

All we want is our FAIR SHARE ✅

A BIT of the SURPLUS ✅

Our members put it all on the line for the university on a daily basis, and a fair contract with livable wages is a MUST ✅

On July 14th, 2026, the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 877 demonstrated solidarity for the 60 Maintenance and Operations workers at Bentley University, who are negotiating a contract renewal ✊🏼✅

The dedicated members of IUOE Local 877 work tirelessly to maintain the university's operations 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including extended shifts during France's recent World Cup Semifinals run 🇫🇷 ⚽️

Despite a 50+ year history of respectful relations, Bentley University is now seeking to erode the terms and conditions of employment for these essential workers 😡👊🏼

We recently filed Federal Charges against Bentley University for Bad Faith Bargaining (www.nlrb.gov/case/01-CA-390521) 👀❌

These workers deserve a fair contract, and that is what we are asking for Bentley University

IUOE Local 877 members cover over 600,000 square feet and keep vital Bank of America properties running 24/7, 365.

We are pleased to announce that we have added 8 new members who maintain and operate Cambridge Crossing.

Cambridge Crossing is a fully reimagined and redeveloped 43-acre neighborhood in East Cambridge, featuring 4.5 million SF of mixed-use space, served by a newly completed extension of the MBTA Green Line.

Cambridge Crossing buildings are designed and constructed with LEED Gold v4 certifications to minimize the impact they have on the environment while delivering greater benefits to those who work in them.

IUOE Local 877 is proud to represent these workers who are employed by UG2.
