🎉 **WELCOME TO IUOE LOCAL 877!** 🎉

Congratulations to the C&W Services employees at **100 Federal Street** on successfully ratifying their first IUOE Collective Bargaining Agreement and officially joining the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 877!

We are excited to welcome this new group of Operating Engineers into our union family. This is an important milestone and the beginning of a stronger future together, with the benefits, training, protections, and representation that come with having a union contract.

A big congratulations to everyone involved in making this happen!

**Stronger Together. Better Together. Welcome to Local 877!** 💪

Organized labor has shaped the lives of workers for over 200 years ✊🏼

Workers, union and non-union alike, owe their basic rights to the labor movement ✔️

Today, nearly half of Americans (47%) say they want labor unions to have more influence, a record high in the past quarter century 👏🏼

This Labor Day, spread the word and join us in the fight for all workers. 🇺🇸🇨🇦

The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 877 proudly welcomes the operations and maintenance employees of Bally's Tiverton Casino & Hotel as our newest members ✅

A true partnership 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

On Friday, July 17th, International Union of Operating Engineers Local 877 Members and Staff took to the street again, in solidarity, to demand a fair contract from Bentley University ✊🏼✅

We have filed our second Federal Charge with the National Labor Relations Board 👀❌

All we want is our FAIR SHARE ✅

A BIT of the SURPLUS ✅

Our members put it all on the line for the university on a daily basis, and a fair contract with livable wages is a MUST ✅

On July 14th, 2026, the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 877 demonstrated solidarity for the 60 Maintenance and Operations workers at Bentley University, who are negotiating a contract renewal ✊🏼✅

The dedicated members of IUOE Local 877 work tirelessly to maintain the university's operations 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including extended shifts during France's recent World Cup Semifinals run 🇫🇷 ⚽️

Despite a 50+ year history of respectful relations, Bentley University is now seeking to erode the terms and conditions of employment for these essential workers 😡👊🏼

We recently filed Federal Charges against Bentley University for Bad Faith Bargaining (www.nlrb.gov/case/01-CA-390521) 👀❌

These workers deserve a fair contract, and that is what we are asking for Bentley University
