Dear IBEW Local 1228 Sisters and Brothers,

Yesterday, we came to an agreement with Supracam, LLC.

Supracam provides the flying wired camera at the Boston Garden for all Celtics games. The company hires local technicians to work the positions of Supracam Camera Operator and Supracam Pilot. Each position will now be paid the same as a union Robo Camera Operator.

The deal highlights include:

1. Three-year deal with 3.25% raises each year.
2. 8.5% Flex Plan company contribution to start.
3. 5.5% 401(k) company contribution to start.
4. 3.0% NEBF Pension company contribution.
5. 1.5% NEAP Annuity company contribution.
6. $75 Parking Reimbursement to start.
7. Holiday Pay for 9 holidays.

We are looking forward to a great work partnership with Supracam for years to come.

In solidarity,
Steve Katsos
