Two weeks on FIP medications and little 13 week old Maynard’s distended belly is gone. Fever is gone. Maynard is eating, gaining weight and being the kitten he was meant to be.
FIP is NOT a death sentence. We have successfully treated over forty eight FIP kittens since 2000.
Success rate if caught early enough is over 90 percent when treated asap. . FIP meds are now universally available through multiple sources (including many FB support groups).
MAYNARD will survive.
