As we close out National Police Week, we'd like to thank the dispatchers and administrative support staff that took the time to decorate, make snack baskets for each shift, and gift bags for each Officer.

The NRPA is proud to announce this year's scholarship recipient, Ruby Hebert!

Ruby is a 4.0 GPA student who will be attending the College of Charleston next year where she plans to pursue a major in psychology with a minor in crime, law, and society.

She is a member of the National Honor Society, Environmental Club, and Key Club. Ruby has taken part in JV Tennis; Cheerleading for freshman football & basketball, varsity football & basketball; and as a Captain of Sparkle Cheerleading.

She has also received the Academic Achievement Award, National Honor Society, AP Capstone Diploma, and an Honors Diploma.

Congratulations Ruby on your well deserved achievements, and good luck in the future!

Last weekend, we held our 2nd Annual North Ridgeville Police Association Awards Banquet. We hold this event to recognize the achievements of our members over the previous year, as recognized by their coworkers. Voters also submitted remarks discussing why they selected each person. These notes were presented along with the awards.

After a vote of their peers, this year's awards were presented to:
