⛳️ PGA HOPE: Learning, Growing & Swinging Through the Heat! 🇺🇸

Today was our second class of the summer PGA HOPE session, and our Veterans showed up ready to learn—even in record-breaking heat! ☀️💪

Today’s focus was chipping and pitching, two of the most challenging—and important—parts of the golf game. Our Veterans worked on technique, touch, and confidence around the green while supporting and encouraging one another every step of the way.

And we’re proud to remind everyone that PGA HOPE is offered at NO COST to our Veterans. 🇺🇸❤️

This life-changing program is only possible because of the generosity of our individual and corporate donors who believe in giving back to those who have served our country.

This week, we welcomed a new group of local first responders for the start of our second “FIRST” Program class of the year.

Project Golf’s “F.I.R.S.T.” Program is designed to give our First Responders, both active and retired, a new way to strengthen mind, body, and spirit through the game of golf. Much like the
PGAHOPE program, this initiative uses golf instruction as a form of therapy, camaraderie, and stress relief, helping heroes connect, unwind, and find peace on the fairways.

Offered at no cost to active and retired First Responders, we are focused on wellness, community, and recovery through golf. Instructional sessions are led by certified PGA Professionals and hosted at Project Golf located at Barefoot Resort. Our program is currently supported by local First Responder organizations & sponsors.

To all of our first responders: thank you for what you do, and thank you for letting us be a small part of your journey.

Here’s to six weeks of golf, friendship, laughter, and making a difference—one swing at a time.
