Fuller Gardens

Fuller Gardens is an early 20th century public botanical garden nestled along the NH coast. Alvan T.

These grounds were designed in the 1920's by the noted landscape designer Arthur Shurtcleff and modified by the Olmstead Firm after acquisition of the adjacent property. Fuller commissioned the gardens as an ornament to his summer estate. The Fuller Gardens remains true to its original design featuring 1700 rose bushes, formal English perennial borders, annual displays, a dahlia display garden, J

apanese Garden and Conservatory, with thousands of rare cacti and succulents. The Gardens are located on the ocean, entirely wrapped in sculpted hedges. Located just north of the junction of route 111 and route 1A, open seven days from 10am to 5:30pm May 14 through mid October.

Our annual Reggae ’n’ Roses event was one for the books! ❤️💛💚 What a fun-filled evening in the garden!

We were thrilled to welcome back our original Reggae band, Jah Spirit Jah Spirit, who had everyone enjoying the music and soaking up the summer evening vibes.

A tremendous thank you to everyone who braved the heat and joined us in support of Fuller Gardens. Your enthusiasm and support mean so much to us!

Parking at Fuller Gardens will be LIMITED this year.

Please park in the lot at St. Theresa Church, located at 820 Central Road in Rye Beach. A trolley will continuously run from 4:45pm to 8:00pm back and forth between the church and the gardens.
