📣 REMINDER FOR OUR 8TH GRADE FAMILIES — WASHINGTON, D.C. TRIP REGISTRATION! 🇺🇸🚌

The Guaranteed-Seat Registration Deadline is SEPTEMBER 25, 2026!

💰 $239 deposit is due at the time of registration.

⚠️ After September 25th, registration will be first come, first served until the buses are full.

💳 PAYMENT SCHEDULE

After the initial $239 deposit, monthly payments of $219 will be due:

• October 2nd
• November 2nd
• December 2nd
• January 2nd
• Final balance due February 2nd

✨ You CAN make smaller payments weekly! You do not have to pay the entire monthly amount all at once. AS LONG AS the FULL monthly amount due is paid by that month’s DUE date, you can break it up into weekly payments if that works better for your family.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Students are NOT considered confirmed for the trip until the required deposit has been paid.

🛡️ TRIP INSURANCE

Trip insurance is optional at $160, but it is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!

Without trip insurance, you run the risk of not receiving a refund if your student has to cancel or is removed from the trip for ANY reason, including medical reasons, sickness, behavior, etc.

If you choose the “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance option, it MUST be purchased within 15 days of registration.

📧 WHEN REGISTERING

Please register using a parent/guardian’s personal email address — NOT the student’s school email. Please use an email address that is checked regularly, as important trip information will be sent there.

Once registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation containing your unique reservation number.

On the confirmation screen, you will see the following tabs:
• Reservation
• Payments
• Passengers
• Billing Contact Information

➡️ Select the “Passengers” tab to sign and submit the required waiver.

For future payments, you will need your username, password, and reservation number. Select the “Pay for My Trip” button at the top right of the screen to make a payment.

⚠️ STUDENT BEHAVIOR & TRIP ELIGIBILITY

Student behavior will be considered when the school finalizes the trip roster.

Any student who has demonstrated an inability to consistently use appropriate behavior, either in school or during school-sponsored activities, may be removed from the trip by school administrators.

Removal from the trip may result in the loss of all money paid if trip insurance was declined.

Registering for the trip serves as your acknowledgement of the behavior and refund policy.

👩‍🏫 CHAPERONE INFORMATION

At this time, ONLY STUDENTS are being registered.

Parents/guardians interested in chaperoning should email Stephanie Tarr, 8th Grade Teacher & Trip Coordinator, at [email protected] to be added to the chaperone waiting list.

The number of chaperones selected depends on the number of students who register. Chaperone decisions are typically made in October, and those on the waiting list will be notified of their status at that time.

Chaperones are responsible for the double-occupancy rate of $1,477 and must be paired with another chaperone who is also paying the double-occupancy rate.

🇺🇸 Please don’t wait until the last minute!
Register and pay the $239 deposit by September 25th to guarantee your student’s seat! 🚌❤️

Greetings from the Noble 7 & 8 PTO!

Each year, Noble 8th Grade students have the incredible opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C. for an educational experience that brings history to life. During this memorable trip, students visit our nation’s monuments, museums, memorials, and government landmarks, creating lifelong memories while expanding their understanding of American history and civics.

The trip takes place each April and costs approximately $1,400 per student. We understand this is a significant expense for many families, which is why the Noble 7 & 8 PTO works throughout the year to organize fundraisers that help offset the cost and make this opportunity more accessible to every student.

We are reaching out to local businesses and community partners to ask for your support through our Washington, D.C. Calendar Fundraiser and Class of 2031 T-Shirt Sponsorship Program. Your generosity directly helps our students experience this once-in-a-lifetime educational opportunity while easing the financial burden on their families.

We would be honored to have your business partner with us by participating in one or both of these fundraising efforts. Thank you for considering supporting our students and investing in their educational journey.

📣 Good morning, 8th Grade Families!

It’s that time of year again! 🎉
If your student is going on the Washington, D.C. trip this April, you should have received this fundraising calendar in the D.C. packet that came home in May.

💙 How it works:
Choose any day on the calendar and donate that dollar amount toward your child’s trip.

* Day 1 = $1
* Day 15 = $15
* Day 31 = $31

If every day on the calendar is filled, you’ll raise $496 toward the cost of the Washington, D.C. trip!

💻 Once you’ve collected donations, simply log in and make the payment to your child’s account. You can use this calendar as many times as you’d like throughout the fundraising season, final payments are due in February.

📱 Don’t forget to share your fundraiser on social media! Friends and family—near or far—often love supporting students as they work toward educational opportunities like this trip. Every donation, no matter the amount, helps get your student one step closer to Washington, D.C.

Need an idea for a Facebook post? Feel free to copy and personalize this:

“B is hoping to go to Washington, D.C. this coming April with her 8th-grade class! 🇺🇸 We’re raising money to help make this trip possible. Choose a day on the calendar and donate that amount—Day 1 is $1, Day 21 is $21, and so on! Every donation helps, no matter the amount. Thank you for supporting B! ❤️ Venmo/Cash App available.”

(Be sure to include your Venmo, Cash App, or other payment information if you’re sharing it on your own page.)

Thank you for supporting our 8th graders and helping them make unforgettable memories in Washington, D.C.! 🚌🇺🇸
