Amazing news! 🇺🇸

An anonymous donor has stepped forward and generously offered to match every dollar we raise, up to $5,000, between now and November 11th — Veterans Day!

This special matching opportunity is being offered in honor of our veterans and is a wonderful way to recognize and support those who have served our country.

Wood for Good is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Donations can be made via Venmo (in comments) or cash. You can also bring your donation to our event on November 7th at Angle Tree Brewery. If you’d prefer to mail a donation, simply comment below and we’ll send you our mailing address.

Every dollar makes twice the impact! Help us reach our $5,000 matching goal and continue making a difference for veterans, first responders, families, and our community.

From all of us at Wood for Good, thank you for your generosity and support! ❤️🇺🇸

🔨 The sounds of hard work! 🪵❤️

The shop is buzzing tonight as the guys put the finishing touches on charcuterie boards and spoons for our Built to Honor Fundraiser on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Angle Tree Brewery! 🍻

Every piece that leaves this shop carries a little piece of the person who made it — the time, the care, the attention to detail, and the pride in creating something by hand. It’s more than woodworking; it’s about putting a little bit of yourself into everything you make. ❤️

We can’t wait to share these handcrafted pieces with you and see everyone at the event! 🙌

🪵 MEET THE FOLKS BEHIND WOOD FOR GOOD! 🪵

Every Tuesday night, this crew shows up ready to work, create, and make a difference! And many put in extra “homework” during the week to help us keep up with growing demand as we continue to expand our mission. ❤️

Get to know the guys who make it all happen! 👇

🔨 Jeff and Dan were high school friends who reconnected over their love for woodworking. An Army veteran himself, Jeff brings a passion for our mission and some serious woodworking expertise to the shop!

🪵 Mike has been learning his way around the shop, always ready to jump in and help. The good news is… he still has all 10 fingers! 😂

🪚 Hank (aka “the guitar guy”) has been with us since the beginning. His woodworking knowledge and passion for quality push us to keep striving for excellence. Remember that stunning guitar we made last year and resulted in a $3,000 donation to The Nicky-O afterschool program? That was all Hank!!

🎨 Mark is our creative genius! See a unique pattern on one of our charcuterie boards? Chances are Mark had a hand in putting it together. And between him and Hank, Tuesday nights are never short on laughs! 😂

💪 Dan, our founder and president, keeps us focused on the mission and moving forward.

🪵 Neil is a fantastic addition to the team! An expert woodworker, he brings fresh ideas and a new perspective to how we do what we do.

These guys bring more than woodworking skills to the shop. They bring friendship, laughter, dedication, and a shared commitment to making a difference through Wood for Good. 🇺🇸❤️

Cheers to this amazing crew! 🍻 We can’t wait to see you all at our Built to Honor fundraiser on November 7 at Angle Tree Brewery!

Come meet the team, celebrate our mission, and help us continue making a difference for veterans, first responders, families, and nonprofits.
