A group of nine volunteers, including four Scouts from Troop 87, cleaned up the trail that starts at the Osgood St kiosk and heads up to the Stevens Estate.

Our Scouts are hard at work and having fun this week at Griswold Scout Reservation!!!

We are especially proud of our newest crossover Scouts, who have adapted to camp life seamlessly. Thanks to the guidance and encouragement of our older, more experienced Scouts, they have settled in with confidence and enthusiasm. It has been wonderful to see our seasoned Scouts truly step into their leadership roles, serving as mentors and role models while helping the newest members of Troop 87 feel right at home.
Watching our Scouts lead, learn, and support one another is what Scouting is all about. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store and to celebrate all they accomplish together.

Our Scouts are having an amazing week at Hidden Valley Camp at Griswold Scout Reservation in Gilmanton, NH—building skills, making memories, and embracing the adventure of Scouting!
This year’s merit badge lineup includes Camping, Lifesaving, Environmental Science, Basketry, Sculpture, Wood Carving, Shotgun Shooting, and more. Scouts are learning, growing, and taking on new challenges every day
Beyond badges, the fun continues with troop activities like swimming, campfires, games, sailing and the always-popular Aquatic Crazy—a favorite tradition filled with laughter and excitement!
Wishing Troop 87 a safe, fun, and unforgettable week. We can’t wait to hear the stories and celebrate all they’ve accomplished! ⚜️

We will be doing an unveiling and dedication of the Scarlett bench next Saturday on 6/27 at 10:00 by the Youth Center flagpole and Kindness Rocks Project. We hope you can make it but If not, we want everyone to feel welcome to have a sit on the bench and smile thinking about your memories of her.
