As we wrap up this series for our 20-year celebration, we want to say how grateful we are for this community.

For 20 years, Kaleidoscope has walked alongside grieving children and families, providing a place where they are seen and supported.

Before this campaign ends, would you consider making a gift? 💙 Even something small can make a meaningful difference.

Camp Kaleidoscope is a place where children can simply be kids, while also being supported in their grief.

Every detail of camp is intentional, from shared activities to small moments of connection.

Even something as simple as a camp t-shirt becomes a reminder:
I belong. I’m not alone.

One way you can help today:

Today marks 20 years since Kaleidoscope’s first meeting.

On March 20, 2006, three children and two volunteers gathered with a shared belief, that children grieve deeply and deserve a place where their grief is seen, understood, and supported.

Since then, nearly 800 children and caregivers have been part of Kaleidoscope.

We are deeply grateful for every child, every family, every volunteer, and every supporter who has made this work possible.

Help us continue this work:
💙 $5,000 will sponsor the entire week of Camp Kaleidoscope 💙

Because no child should grieve alone.

Today we’re honored to share a story from Michael Wehrenberg.

This video was originally part of a United Way campaign several years ago. United Way of Norman has been a long-time partner of Kaleidoscope, helping make this work possible in our community.

Michael first experienced Kaleidoscope as a participant and now serves as a member of our board. His story is a powerful reminder of the lasting impact grief support can have in a child’s life.

One way you can help today:
💙 $240 provides postage for an 8-week session 💙

Throughout the program, children receive encouraging mail reminding them they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Grief impacts the entire family.

At Kaleidoscope, children meet in age-based peer groups while parents and caregivers meet at the same time in a space created just for them.

For many caregivers, it’s the first time they’ve been able to talk with others walking a similar path.

One way you can help today:
💙 $300 sponsors one family for an 8-week session 💙

Your support ensures both children and caregivers can receive support, free of charge.
