Monday night was all about community, celebration, and impact.

The Nisswa Lions Club had the honor of celebrating our scholarship winners and their families with a wonderful evening together. We enjoyed a delicious dinner from Valeri Ann's Family Foods, great conversations around the table, and plenty of Lions fun.

We also took a moment to celebrate our June birthdays and introduce something new for this summer… our Corn Feed mascot.

What a beautiful day to support fellow Lions.

We’re here now at the Pequot Lakes Cherry Car Show and Craft Fair, hosted by the Pequot Lakes-Breezy Point Lions Club, and it’s a great one to check out.

We love supporting fellow Lions and our local Lions clubs, and this is a perfect way to do just that. If you are out and about today, stop over to Pequot Lakes and show them some support.

Impact Friday

Being a Lion is more than being part of a club.

It is choosing to care.

It is giving your time when no one sees it, showing up when someone needs help, and believing that even the smallest act of service can mean everything to someone else.

Every raffle ticket, every meal served, every donation made, every scholarship given, every project completed - it all adds up.

Because impact is not always loud.

Sometimes it is quiet.
Sometimes it is behind the scenes.
Sometimes it is simply a group of people coming together because they believe their community is worth serving.
