Congrats on the exciting win!!

A last minutes header by Brock Anderson gave the Eagles their fourth win against #9 ranked Staunton Bulldogs for Newton’s home opener. Lena Fehrenbacher’s first half shot provided Evan holder with a tap in to start the scoring in the first half. The Bulldogs equalized in the first part of the second half. Then with a minute left on the clock Henry Will’s well placed free kick was matched only Brock’s even better finish. Curtis Weber’s saves were crucial for the victory. Final score Eagles 2, Bulldogs 1.
