Audrey Elliott was the winner of the 2026 HCE Scholarship of $500.00! Ashley Davis, IAHCE Assistant District 3 Director (assistant to Donna Richards, District 3 Director) installed the 2026-2027 HCE Officers. Connie Elliott gave a magical presentation all about HCE throughout the years from 1945--2026! Tammy Colesby won the free membership for 2026.
