⚠️ STILL MISSING IN JERSEY COUNTY ⚠️

Kaila Vatole was last seen on January 8, 2023 at her residence on Little Piasa Road in Dow, Illinois.

Kaila has previously resided in Carlinville, Alton and Wood River, Illinois. She is a cancer survivor, has recurring medical complications including wearing a colostomy bag.

The day after she disappeared, a cigarette pack was found alongside of the road near the residence that had Kaila's handwriting on it.

Weight: 111 pounds
Hair: Brown but dyed blonde
Eyes: Hazel
Tattoos: neck, arms, legs, hands
Clothing last seen in: believed to be black sweatpants with white lettering, black hoodie, and white high top tennis shoes

⚠️ MISSING MAN FROM BUFFALO GROVE ⚠️
Car found in Winthrop Harbor

Tomas was last heard from at 5 p.m. by text message on December 7, 2025. He is from Buffalo Grove. His car was eventually found at a marina in Winthrop Harbor.

Toll records show his car was traveling northbound on I-94 near Wadsworth around 10 a.m. on December 7th. He drives a gray 2019 Toyota 4Runner.

He did keep his boat nearby at the marina but his boat was still there. The storage owner confirmed he had not been there for approximately 2 weeks. Sadly, there are no working cameras around the North Point Marina.

Area hospitals have been checked and searches have been done with drones with no results. His phone is off. Cell carrier records show his last location was at the marina on the morning of December 8. No further activity has been received since.
